Character & Interpersonal Effectiveness
It is becoming increasingly obvious in our culture that competency alone is not sufficient for long-term success and fulfillment. Personal integrity matters and it shapes the impact one has on the culture. RMSC addresses this through aspects of our program that encourage the development of character, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership skills.

At RMSC, our assumption is that our students will be leaders in their personal endeavors. One of our goals is to help prepare them for the challenges they will face by addressing personal integrity and interpersonal effectiveness through success-oriented materials and lectures. Students attend regular motivational talks based upon the Twelve Patterns of Abundant Living, derived from authors and speakers such as Stephen Covey.

These patterns offer a paradigm for living that encourages our students to articulate their governing values, develop their dreams, set goals, and organize their time while developing both character and competency.
