Daily Structure

Mornings
After breakfast, students attend a stretching session lasting 10-15 minutes. Following the stretching, students receive a 10-minute motivational talk based upon the 12 Patterns of Abundant Living. Depending upon the day, students then attend 5 hours of core classes.
Afternoons
Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons are comprised of 2 hours of elective Interdisciplinary Classes followed by a 45-minute Eurhythmics class. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons are often dedicated to Outdoor Activities, which regularly include hikes.
Evenings
Evenings consist of a variety of activities including performance classes, faculty and student recitals, extra practice time, free time and recreational opportunities.
