Day-to-Day Overview

Mornings

After breakfast students attend a stretching session lasting 10 to 15 minutes. Following the stretching, students receive a 10-minute motivational talk based upon the Patterns of Abundant Living. Depending on the day students then attend five hours of Core Classes.

Afternoons

Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons are comprised of one hour of Interdisciplinary Classes. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday afternoons are dedicated to Outdoor Activities which are often hikes.

Evenings

Evenings consist of a variety of activities including masterclasses, faculty and student recitals, extra practice time, free time, and recreational opportunities.
